There were four groups in the study. 

Group 1: 1x10^7 cells were implanted. 90% Take Rate
Group 2: 5x10^6 cells were implanted. 100% Take Rate
Group 3: 1x10^6 cells were implanted. 100% Take Rate
Group 4: 5x10^5 cells were implanted. 100% Take Rate

Notes: Ten animals were assigned to each group. A group of animals was inoculated at 1X10^5, however 60% of the animals failed 
to maintain tumor growth post inoculation so this group was not calculated for inclusion. One animal in the 1X10^7 group failed 
to maintain tumor growth at ~ Day 28 post tumor implant. On Day 28, tumors were collected from 8 animals in the 1X10^7 group.
On Day 28 and 33, tumors were collected from a total of 6 animals in the 5X10^6 group. Starting at Day 33, animals in various 
groups that had reached endpoint were removed from the study resulting in fluctuations in the growth curves. Growth curves 
were no longer calculated when less than 70% of the animals in a group remained.
