There were four groups in the study. 

Group 1: 1x10^7 cells were implanted. 100% Take Rate
Group 2: 7.5x10^6 cells were implanted. 100% Take Rate
Group 3: 5x10^6 cells were implanted. 100% Take Rate
Group 4: 2.5x10^6 cells were implanted. 100% Take Rate

Notes: Eight animals were assigned to each group. Starting at Day 54, animals in various groups that had reached endpoint 
were removed from the study resulting in fluctuations in the growth curves.
