There were two groups in the study. 

Group 1: 1x10^7 cells were implanted MFP with Matrigel. 70% Take Rate
Group 2: 1x10^7 cells were implanted MFP without Matrigel. 80% Take Rate

Notes: Ten animals were assigned to each group. Estradiol cypionate [in cotton seed oil] was administered SC weekly 
at 3 mg/kg until the tumors grew at which point the estradiol dose was cut by 50%. Starting at Day 40, animals in various
groups that had reached endpoint were removed from the study resulting in fluctuations in the growth curves at 
subsequent timepoints. There were three animals in the "With Matrigel" group and two animals in the "Without Matrigel" 
group that failed to maintain tumor growth at ~day 40 and therefore fluctuations in growth curves can be observed at 
subsequent timepoints.
