There were three groups in the study. 

Group 1: 1x10^7 cells were implanted bilaterally- Passage 1. 100% Take Rate
Group 2: fragments implanted bilaterally- Passage 4. 90% Take Rate
Group 3: fragments implanted bilaterally- Passage 10. 100% Take Rate

Notes: Ten animals were assigned to each group. Animals were bilaterally implanted for subsequent tumor collection and microarray studies.
To ensure standardization in data reporting, only right tumor values were utilized for growth data associated with microarray studies.
Tumors were collected from animals in Group 3 on Day 22 post implant.
The technician noted that the tumors were difficult to measure since tumor edges were not well defined. Necrosis was noted in one animal
in Group 2 [Day 28 post implant].
