There were five groups in the study. 

Group 1: 1x10^7 cells were implanted SC. 100% Take Rate
Group 2: 5x10^6 cells were implanted SC. 100% Take Rate
Group 3: 1x10^6 cells were implanted SC. 100% Take Rate
Group 4: 5x10^5 cells were implanted SC. 80% Take Rate
Group 5: 1x10^5 cells were implanted SC. 50% Take Rate

Notes: Ten animals were assigned to each group. Starting at Day 22, animals in various groups that 
had reached endpoint were removed from the study resulting in fluctuations in the growth curves 
at subsequent timepoints. Growth curves were no longer calculated when <70% remained in the group.
There was one animal in Group 4 and four animals in Group 5 that had no tumor growth post implant.
There was one animal in Group 4 that failed to maintain tumor growth starting on ~Day 22.
