There were eight groups in the study. 
Group 1: 1x10^7 cells were implanted MFP. 100% Take Rate
Group 2: 7.5x10^6 cells were implanted MFP. 100% Take Rate
Group 3: 5x10^6 cells were implanted MFP. 100% Take Rate
Group 4: 2.5x10^6 cells were implanted MFP. 100% Take Rate
Group 5: 1x10^7 cells were implanted MFP with Matrigel. 100% Take Rate
Group 6: 7.5x10^6 cells were implanted MFP with Matrigel. 100% Take Rate
Group 7: 5x10^6 cells were implanted MFP with Matrigel. 100% Take Rate
Group 8: 2.5x10^6 cells were implanted MFP with Matrigel. 100% Take Rate

Notes: Ten animals were assigned to each group. Starting at Day 19, animals in various groups that had reached 
endpoint were removed from the study resulting in fluctuations in the growth curves at subsequent time points.
Growth curves were no longer calculated when <70% remained in the group.
